Prices are rising at the pump, and the candidates for President are starting to notice.

BUFFALO, NY – On Monday, gas prices reached an average of $3.80 in Western New York for a gallon of regular unleaded. That's 4.5 cents higher than one week ago, 17.7 cents higher than one month ago, and 47 cents higher than on this date last year.
